ReWasd Double Movement
ReWasd does cost at the base version $5 with the setup being a bit more complicated. You can however download configurations already made for double movement and create a hotkey that lets you disable double movement so you can go back to typing like normal.
Wooting Double Movement
Wooting has a well rounded tutorial on their website on how to set it up. This software is also free and allows for some angle changes.
